We are looking for an individual to join our team with a passion for technology and people. This individual will contribute to our success and the success of our clients as an IT Technician.

IT Technician Role

Our IT Technicians interact with our clients every day providing high quality technical support for issues that the client might face. This could be as simple as changing a forgotten password or as challenging as getting a server back online as quickly as possible. Each day is different.

Challenges that an IT Technician may face includes:

  • Network troubleshooting including VPNs, firewall configurations, and wireless access points
  • Windows 7 and 10 troubleshooting and configuration
  • Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2 troubleshooting and configuration
  • Virtual server troubleshooting and configuration with VMWare
  • User management through Active Directory
  • Office 365 management and troubleshooting
  • Software troubleshooting and configuration
  • Printer troubleshooting and configuration
  • Physical hardware troubleshooting on workstations and servers
  • Other tasks as needed


  • Ability to provide high quality technical support by phone, remote access, and in person
  • Ability to create extensive detailed notes on all activities performed
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification preferred
  • Experience in managed services or cloud services is preferred
  • Ability to be on call every few weeks in the evenings and weekend
  • Ability to pass a background check and have a clean driving record

Compensation and Benefits

  • $31,000 to $36,000/year based on experience
  • Paid vacation, personal holiday and sick days
