Service Technician

Custom Cloud Solutions is looking for a Service Technician to support our partners across the nation. Every day you will be challenged with multiple types of technology issues to resolve. Some issues will be simple to resolve and some will require you to flex your technology muscles.

As a Service Technician, your impact will be broad and includes:

  • Using and developing your technology skills to assess, troubleshoot, document, and resolve various levels of issues;
  • Using your experience in technology and in customer service to build stronger relationships with our partners;
  • Quickly becoming familiar with our solutions (Office 365, VMWare, Windows Server 2012 R2 & 2016, Windows 10, Mac, and others) to provide outstanding support and training to our partners;
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding our service level agreements
  • Within 12 month you will become you will become the “go-to” person as it relates to getting technology issues resolved!

Custom Cloud Solutions offers a competitive compensation package starting at $31,000 to $36,000 annually, paid time off, company paid benefits, laptop and cell phone, and use of a company vehicle for support calls.

Business Development Specialist

Custom Cloud Solutions is looking for a Business Development Specialist to seek new partnerships with businesses across the nation. Our ideal partner is one who values and understands the impact of technology on their business and is ready to partner with a technology company that can support them on their way to success.

As a Business Development Specialist, your impact will be broad and includes:

  • Using your prospecting skills to identify and establish relationships with potential new partners;
  • Using your experience in technology, cloud solutions, and relationship-building skills to grow our revenue by more than 20% in the next 18 months;
  • Quickly becoming the center point of partner interaction by understanding how technology helps them deliver their vision, goals, and needs and then using that knowledge to work with sales engineering to develop a technology strategy, provide quotes, track activities in our CRM software, onboard partners, and transfer accounts to our account managers;
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales goals
    Within 12 months you will become the “go-to” person as it relates to business development!
